The purpose of this website and its content is to (1) publicly expose the identities (although fake) of individuals engaging in the practice of translators' and translation companies' impersonation and in fraudulently using their CVs and professional credentials and to (2) harm and disrupt the activities of such individuals to the greatest extent possible. Therefore, all clauses of this Privacy Policy directed to protect bona fide Visitors do not apply to such individuals (the "scammers").

What information do we collect?
At our website, we may collect both Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information from you. We collect Personally Identifiable Information from you, the Visitor (also bona fide Visitor), when you fill out our Contact Form. When contacting us through our Contact Form, you will be asked to enter your name, e-mail address and country of residence. Our Contact Form also records YOUR IP address and technical info about YOUR browser. We also collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information — data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. 2. To send periodic emails
To send periodic emails is NOT our normal practice, but, if at any time we send out information emails, we will include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. Should you unsubscribe, your data will be erased from our records. We may hire other companies to perform certain functions, such as mailing communications or sending email messages. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the Personally Identifiable Information they need to complete the task (i.e., your name, email and country), and those companies will be prohibited from using such Personally Identifiable Information for any other purpose.

Yes! The purpose of the TRANSLATOR SCAMMERS INTELLIGENCE GROUP and of this website is to denounce, expose, and fight translator scammers, and to harm, disrupt, and destroy the scammers' impersonation of legitimate translators and the theft of their professional credentials, by publicly exposing the scammers' true, fake or hijacked names, their affiliations to their façade companies, their true or fake addresses, their email addresses, their phone numbers, their fake CVs and their mode of operation! We will do all this in the most relentless, merciless, and ruthless ways possible. And, if this includes the public exposure of any of the scammer's personal data relevant (or not) to their operation, it's just too bad! We will not warrant any privacy protection to scammers and impersonators of the kind listed in our Directory, because they are, in fact, ruthlessly violating the personal and professional privacy of their victims and misleading their "clients".

Do we disclose information from sources exposing the scammers?
NEVER! We consider any correspondence and identifiable data belonging to the party who sends us details in good faith exposing scammers or providing information about scammers and their practices FULLY CONFIDENCIAL. Such information and data will be protected and hidden from all public documents published by us to expose the scammers. Note, however, that we DO NOT tolerate undocumented and tortuous naming and shaming of any nature against anyone NOT listed in our Directory.
