Therefore, all clauses of this Privacy Policy directed to protect bona fide Visitors do not apply to such individuals (the "scammers").

However, if we establish that you are a SCAMMER of the kind listed in this Directory, all data collected on our website pertaining to you will be used to expose your identity and activities.

2. To send periodic emails
If at any time we send out information emails, we will include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. Should you unsubscribe, your data will be erased from our records. Not if you are a scammer, that is!

Do we disclose information about scammers?
Yes! The purpose of the TRANSLATOR SCAMMERS INTELLIGENCE GROUP and of this website is to denounce, expose, and fight translator scammers, and to harm, disrupt, and destroy the scammers' impersonation of legitimate translators and the theft of their professional credentials, by publicly exposing the scammers' true, fake or hijacked names, their affiliations to their façade companies, their true or fake addresses, their email addresses, their phone numbers, their fake CVs and their mode of operation! We will do all this in the most relentless, merciless, and ruthless ways possible. And, if this includes the public exposure of any of the scammer's personal data relevant (or not) to their operation, it's just too bad! We will not warrant any privacy protection to scammers and impersonators of the kind listed in our Directory, because they are, in fact, ruthlessly violating the personal and professional privacy of their victims and misleading their "clients".

Do we disclose information from sources exposing the scammers?
Never! We consider any correspondence and identifiable data belonging to the party who sends us details in good faith exposing scammers or providing information about scammers and their practices FULLY CONFIDENCIAL. Such information and data will be protected and hidden from all public documents published by us to expose the scammers. Note, however, that we DO NOT tolerate undocumented and tortuous naming and shaming of any nature against anyone NOT listed in our Directory.
