BEFORE CONTACTING US!
Please read our FAQ before contacting us with questions. There is a good chance that your question has been answered in the FAQ. If you ask a question that has been answered in the FAQ or somewhere else on our site, we will direct you to the FAQ. If you have read the FAQ and still have questions, use the form below to contact us.
Our email addresses – / – should be used EXCLUSIVELY to send us (FORWARD) the emails and attachments sent by the scammers. For ALL other contacts, use the form below. If you ignore this warning, we may NOT reply to your message.
We reserve the right to dispose of spammers' email addresses any way we see fit.
Please open the email header before forwarding the scammers' emails messages to us. LEARN HOW to open the email headers (PDF).

We DO NOT respond to unidentified messages.
We DO NOT entertain undocumented naming and shaming.
We DO NOT respond (or deal) with scams NOT related to CV theft or translator impersonators. If your client didn't pay you or if you're a victim of any one of the thousand scams running wild on the Internet, DO NOT contact us.
We repeat: WE DO NOT DEAL WITH CLIENT-TRANSLATOR PAYMENT ISSUES AND FINANCIAL SCAMS, LIKE ADVANCE PAYMENT / OVERPAYMENT, NIGERIAN, PAY-TO-WORK, WALLET LOST ABROAD, EMPLOYMENT ABROAD, DATING AND ROMANCE, DATA VERIFICATION (PHISHING) SCAMS. ALL MESSAGES TO THIS EFFECT WILL BE IGNORED AND WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. HOWEVER, WHENEVER POSSIBLE, WE KEEP THE EMAILS USED FOR THESE SCAMS IN OUR "Emails" PAGE (SEE ABOVE).
We will NOT warrant any privacy protection to scammers and impersonators: whatever you tell us may be publicly exposed and published in our website.
ALL email addresses used to spam our contact form/email addresses WILL BE promptly fed to SPAM LISTS. And we know quite a few.
TO ASK WHETHER A NAME (1ST COLUMN OF OUR DIRECTORY) / SCAMMER / COMPANY / EMAIL LISTED IN OUR DIRECTORY IS REALLY FAKE. IT IS. THAT'S WHY HE/SHE/THEY ARE IN OUR DIRECTORY.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF INTERNET FRAUD OR IF YOU HAVE LOST MONEY TO AN INTERNET SCAM. There's noting we can do to solve the problem. If you have given the scammer any financial information, such as your bank or credit card details, contact your bank immediately.
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A GENERIC SCAM EMAIL. There are literally thousands of these in circulation and we deal only with TRANSLATOR CV SCAMS / FALSE TRANSLATORS / TRANSLATION COMPANIES. We can do nothing to stop them. They always come from free email accounts, such as Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail. They also use fake or stolen names and addresses, and are, therefore, impossible to trace.
